The scammer, posing as a police officer, tricked the victim into revealing his seed phrase on a phishing website, allegedly to “protect his assets” from malicious actors.

The man fell for the trick and gave access to his wallet, instantly losing $2.8 million🔴

“Real officers never ask for seed phrases or your personal data, so be careful,” warned the police.
