just finishing my workout on a 19 hour fast. sauna + steam room + cardio. think i’m going to make some steak, eggs, and potatoes for dinner. caffeine + nicotine while drugs, used in the right manor can be extremely +EV for focus & cutting hunger. just hit my cut target weight wise, while gaining muscle, and signing the lease to my dream apartment tomorrow

later tonight i’m going to get high and play around with some new sniper bots so while my market competitors are lacking, i am training my edge.

been a long journey since 2020, and never really chase clout or CT followers. simply used twitter for info / alfa and to journal

its nice to see the followers finally coming that i do believe i earned. as always i will never do a paid promo or shill anything that i didnt buy on market myself and created my own conviction in the narrative. im just a degen and have wins and losses

im 50/30/20 (USDC)/(SOL & SOL beta's)/(ETH beta's)

got hit hard past week, took some major spot bag losses so USDC is so high because everything else down + i kept all realized profits from the trading challenge in my journal in USDC in hardware so i wouldnt touch

things looks rough ngl, some saying this was the worst of it, some saying this is just the beginning

an important lesson here is dont get addicted to the juice of the bull. always take profits and dont let anyone shame you into holding USDC. after getting hit hard last cycle and earlier this cycle ive been way better about risk management, but still have lots to learn

end of the day crypto is the future and on a long timeframe flushes like this are needed, this is only the start of our journey

always live to see another day. crypto has endless opportunities, thats the beauty of the game. you can lose it all and make it back many times over, and very very very few people making and keep it all in a single cycle for a reason. lessons need to be learned, through blood, its the only way to build market experience and intuition. when you hear people say conviction and intuition, those things dont just came naturally. they come through expierence
