A number of pools using Vyper 0.2.15, 0.2.16 and 0.3.0 have been exploited as a result of a malfunctioning reentrancy lock related to a Vyper bug. All affected pools have been drained or white hacked and the team is assessing the situation with affected teams.

Grayscale has won the lawsuit against SEC regarding their Bitcoin spot ETF

Crypto asset manager Grayscale has scored a victory against the SEC in its efforts to convert its over-the-counter GBTC application into a listed Bitcoin ETF. According court filings, U.S. Court of Appeals Circuit Judge Neomi Rao ordered that Grayscale's petition for review be granted and for the SEC's order to deny the GBTC listing application to be vacated. Previously, Judge Rao said that the SEC did not offer any explanation as to why Grayscale was in the wrong.

After the announcement, the price of $BTC increased by 5.5%. Current price is $27,477. Market cap is $534.9B.
