Delphi Digital analyzed daily price data since May 2016 across all possible 5-year holding periods for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, including staking yields for ETH and SOL.
Bitcoin recorded only 11 negative windows, with the worst case at around -13%, while Ethereum and Solana recorded none.
