Last Friday, a crypto investment executive and his family were assaulted and tied up by three armed intruders in their home in Verneuil-sur-Seine. The victims managed to escape to a neighbor's house for help, while the attackers fled.

The previous day, in Saint-Léger-sous-Cholet, a crypto investor was kidnapped, beaten, and abandoned at a hospital 50 km away. Police confirmed that the suspects targeted his cryptocurrency assets. link
