😎CryptoNodeID Weekend Lesson Learned

For everyone who run Cosmos based node,
if you want to move your validator node, you need to backup following files besides the mnemonic phrase itself

1. config/priv_validator_key.json (MUST!!)
2. config/node_key.json (optional)
3. data/priv_validator_state.json (Only after you stop old node and restore before you start new node)
4. keyring-file which include <wallet name>.info, <random hash>.address and keyhash

the location of keyring-file depends on how you setup your node when you do installation.
sometimes it will be under keyring-file folder, sometimes it will be just inside $DAEMON_HOME

Tomorrow starting 14:00 PM UTC Humanode cryptobiometric infrastructure will be reset! It can happen during the 8-hour period after the time mentioned above.

07.05.2024 - Biomapper and Human node validator reset

08.05.2024 - BotBasher reset

To all the biostakers and human nodes as well as BotBasher users we advise to prepare for this transition.

The reset allows Humanode to wipe biometric data clean that ups the security and allows us to update the cryptobioemtric infra as it is ran on Confidential Virtual Machines (CVM).

The transitional period will be taken into consideration during the next fee distribution.
