On October 9, I have to appear before the criminal court again.
As some of you know, I am currently being prosecuted for the way I ultimately fought back against years of bullying, stalking, abuse, social exclusion and coercive control.
My abusers are trying to reverse the roles. My reactions are being cut loose from everything that came before them and then used to portray me as the perpetrator. Complaints were filed against me as a group. In some cases, even employers were pulled into the conflict and turned against me, while I was portrayed as a dangerous, psychotic stalker.
I am not going to pretend that every one of my reactions was perfect. They were not. Sometimes I reacted far too strongly. I was angry, exhausted and desperate. But those reactions did not arise in a vacuum.
If you only show the explosion while cutting out the years of fire that came before it, you are not telling an honest story.
My lawyers and I jointly decided not to use our next opportunity to file a written reply. In our view, the civil claimants failed in their previous round of written submissions to produce new evidence or any reasonable substantive argument that still required a further response.
That does not mean nothing has happened in the meantime.
I have thoroughly updated my own written statement. Over the past months, I obtained new evidence from the past, recovered complete original conversations and archives, and documented further recent events. These new materials make certain patterns even clearer than they were before.
They show how the negative image of me was already being constructed years before I ever filed my complaint. How my arguments were replaced with labels. How my resistance to bullying and exclusion was then used as “proof” that I was irrational, obsessive, psychotic or delusional. And how that exact same mechanism is now being used against me again.
The provocation is not examined—only my reaction to it.
The group’s conduct is not magnified—only the person who eventually erupted against it.
Those who kept pushing for years are not being made to answer for it—the person who could no longer remain silent is.
Just as I did before, I am therefore making my updated written statement fully available to the public. Not because I expect anyone to believe me blindly,
but because everyone should be able to examine the messages, timelines, screenshots and original source material for themselves.
