🙂 Updated Transaction Processing Rules in 🦋 Crypto Bot.

We are gradually updating the way cryptocurrency transactions are processed and would like to explain in advance how these changes may affect our users.

Most deposits and withdrawals will continue to be processed as usual. However, certain transactions may be subject to additional review if they are associated with elevated risk.

In some cases, a transaction may be temporarily put on hold, and additional information about the account or transaction may be required.

❕ Please keep this in mind when making future transactions:
• do not send deposits from exchanges, platforms, or services that are subject to sanctions or restrictions;
• carefully check wallet addresses and counterparties;
• only use services and sources of funds that you trust.

These changes help protect our users and keep @send running smoothly.

⚠ Please note that @CryptoBot does not accept cryptocurrency from HTX, EXMO, Rapira, ABCeX, Arvix, Aifory Pro, Exnode, and other services included in sanctions lists.

Deposits, withdrawals, and other operations involving these platforms may be temporarily suspended and may lead to an additional account or transaction review.

Before sending funds, please make sure that:
• do not make deposits from the listed platforms;
• do not use intermediary transfers if they are connected to restricted platforms.

⚠ Crypto Bot does not accept deposits from sanctioned sources

This spring, the EU expanded its sanctions targeting the crypto sector. The EU's 20th sanctions package, adopted on April 23, 2026, also introduced restrictions affecting crypto-asset service providers and platforms facilitating crypto exchanges and transfers.

Crypto Bot conducts AML checks on incoming deposits and does not accept funds from sanctioned sources. Such deposits may be put on hold and not credited to your balance.

Before sending funds, check whether the service you're using is subject to sanctions. Do not attempt to bypass these restrictions through intermediary transfers – the AML screening may still identify the original source of funds.

🛡 Deposit didn't pass the AML check? Here's what to do

In most cases, your account will not be restricted – only the affected deposit is put on hold while the review is underway.

1. Follow the instructions in the bot.
Open the deposit notification and follow the steps provided. You may be asked to verify your identity or provide proof of where the funds came from.

2. Return the funds yourself.
Once your verification is approved, you can often return the funds to the original sending address yourself.

To do this, open the Mini App, go to the declined deposits section, and follow the instructions to return your funds.

The network fee for the return is paid by the user. It may be deducted from the deposit amount or paid separately. If a separate payment is required, only send funds when prompted by the bot and follow its instructions carefully.

❗ Always use your latest deposit addresses – copy it directly from your wallet instead of reusing an address from a previous transaction.
