Let's quickly look at the $BTC Dominance weekly chart and see where we are heading.
Since the fall of BTC.D on 6th March 2017, we have experienced a roller coaster ride in the cryptocurrency.
The first rejection happened on the 10th of July 2017 which was approx. -33%.
The second rejection happened on 11th Dec 2017 and it was a massive drop of -50%.
The third rejection was on 16th Sep 2019 and it dropped approx. -20%.
All the above three rejections happened at 72 resistance level.
Now here's the interesting thing, after 476 days since the last rejection, $BTC.D got rejected again. Could this be a fall for BTC.D like before or BTC.D will bounce back and break the resistance?

Well, to answer that just look at the trendline drawn below. BTC.D could possibly hit the trendline within the next few weeks and then bounce back. But if it breaks the trendline then welcome to the altcoin season for 2021.
