NOPE! because
a) we don't know exactly how Matteo reacted, but at least seems he was "not a bad reaction"
b) we haven't considered the fact of drugs / alcohol or other substances .. They talked about, but is not clear how deep is this related to Matteo ... The girl had 3x alcohol limit ...
c) no escape after the accident
d) no smile during the court or similar .. (or at least)
e) empathy still here (or at least)
