How deep is a rape?
The girl has right! No one can told that, if they never get raped. Like our politicians have no idea what a suicide due to rape means, because they probably never did that!!!

someone raped a girl that has been raped few minutes ago (= not same group) —> lifetime / death sentence per default!
you raped the girl and then you made dinner —> lifetime / death sentence per default!
you raped and killed —> lifetime / death sentence per default!
you raped in an aggressive terroristic way —> lifetime / death sentence per default!
you raped the girl multiple times in the same day —> lifetime / death sentence per default!
you raped multiple girls —> lifetime / death sentence per default!
you tried to rape a girl —> 10 years per default
etc.
This is proper sentence, not the shit we are doing today
More shit you are doing, more year of prisions you should get!
About finding the source of the problem: yes, this is not just an issue with the raper and victim, but there is much more behind that.
