⚡Develop and execute a comprehensive collection strategy aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
⚡Lead and monitor branch collection teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
⚡Set and manage team collection targets, ensuring consistent achievement or overperformance.
⚡Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate, ethical, and compliant collection practices.
⚡Conduct regular audits of collection activities, documentation, and customer interactions.
⚡Collaborate with field collection teams for seamless coordination between field and non-field operations.
⚡Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, RBI guidelines, and internal policies.
