• Follow up on trade receivables and analyze customer balance aging.
• Deposit checks from agent transactions daily.
• Collaborate with the FC and treasury team to manage bounced or outstanding checks.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile Agent/Customer statements with GL balances.
• Issue and reconcile customer statements quarterly.
• Analyze and provide provisions for doubtful customer accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation of agent agreements and PDCs.
• Reconcile monthly sales with the sales team and report findings to FCs.
• Ensure reconciliation of NAV sales and ERCA POS.
• Collect all outstanding receivables promptly.
• Adhere to NAV system processes for receivables, customer collections, and sales reconciliations.
💼 Key Qualifications:
• BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP systems, and internet browsing.
• Functional knowledge of sales processes and accounts receivable; FMCG experience is advantageous.
