You see this lack of understanding most commonly when people write GREAT words — but do so in long blocks of text which the eye and the mind REJECT. People simply DON’T READ material that is too much of a BURDEN to read. White Space is crucial.
Also, you can use All Caps to EMPHASIZE a word.
Most importantly, you can accompany your message with an IMAGE to “say 10,000 words” — and create a powerful IMPACT.
