Dear viewers,

Yesterday the German parliament rejected the establishment of a parliamentary committee of inquiry into the Corona measures with an overwhelming majority of votes. Those responsible for the crisis obviously want to continue to prevent an investigation of the measures crisis with all their might. This makes it all the more important that the Corona Investigative Committee has been compiling a wealth of expert statements for almost three years now during the crisis. We will continue to make this knowledge available to all people, regardless of their financial means, without any paywall. Money, or rather the lack of it, must not be an obstacle to accessing important information. I have been working for the Committee on a pro bono basis for the last three years and will continue to do so. Our archive www.corona-ausschuss.org/archiv will be an important source also for the question who knew or could have known what and when. We can only do our work if all of you who can afford it support the Committee financially. Please enable us to continue building our free fund of knowledge for all people.

The compilation of expert statements by the Committee is the work of all of you who have contributed financially and/or with information. I am very happy to continue this work together!

Today, Pascal Najadi stated that the lawsuit 100197/2023 in which he allegedly is involved must be "served" to the defendant in New York within 91 days. It is apparently not "sealed" for 90 days as previously claimed by Ana McCarthy.

Dear viewers, many of you are probably aware that Reiner Fuellmich is under criminal investigation because of the financial issues in the Corona Investigative Committee. In this context, the Göttingen public prosecutor's office has also investigated whether I could possibly be involved. I now have it in black and white: there is NO suspicion that I committed a crime - the investigation has therefore been discontinued in accordance with § 170 II of the German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO). I publish here the discontinuation notice of the public prosecutor's office. I would like to clarify in this respect again expressly: my liquidity reserve at a value of € 100,000 is completely repaid, I have always kept the appropriate liquidity. I rented the first Committee studio to the Committee on a cost price basis (€ 800 plus VAT). That is why my law office moved temporarily. My book was not financed with Committee funds. The payments to the Fuellmich law firm were made behind my back and behind the backs of Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my family from the bottom of my heart for also supporting my work financially. Many thanks also for the financial support from you! I am very happy that we jointly have succeeded in steering the Committee through difficult times. Many thanks also for the many moving letters about your insights and experiences with the Committee in the now almost three years. Its voice must not be allowed to be silenced in the future, and all this knowledge must be available to everyone at all times without a paywall. Reiner Fuellmich loses law suit at the Berlin Regional Court.

Reiner Fuellmich wanted to forbid me from telling the truth. Among other things, I should not be allowed to say that he has not paid back € 700,000 in donations to the committee to date. Contrary to his assertion, the stored assets cannot be collected and utilized without his personal presence in Berlin and his further involvement, and are thus not available to the Corona Committee for its work in violation of the will of the donors.

The Berlin Regional Court has now confirmed that these statements may be made. The summary proceedings, which Reiner Fuellmich had pursued, were decided in my favor. Reiner Fuellmich and his lawyer Tobias Weissenborn have not managed to present any significant facts that would contradict my statements within approximately six months. In particular, they could not invalidate the court's statement of the end of March 2023: "The statement that the respondent (= Reiner Fuellmich) has "not repatriated the €700,000.00 that he received in trust from the committee, although he states that his house has been sold in the meantime" is true according to the undisputed party submissions..." The final submission was that more time would be needed because Mr. Weissenborn now had hay fever. At this point the court then lost patience. The truth always comes to light ! It is all as I have said, and this has now also confirmed the Berlin Regional Court. Yours Viviane Fischer

On the subject of summary proceedings before the Berlin Regional Court, for the sake of completeness I am publishing here the judicial notices of March 29, 2023, and June 23, 2023. The dismissal of the motions for injunctive relief filed in respect of these statements (english translation here) was ostensibly on the grounds of "self-refutation of urgency", but the court had already dealt with the content of the montions and issued notices. On March 29, 2023, it announced that it had reservations about the merits of Reiner Fuellmich's motions because, in the opinion of the court, my statements were either true (e.g. failure to repatriate the € 700,000) or were permissible expressions of opinion (e.g. assessment that the Committee was thus at risk of insolvency or that there might be nothing to get from Reiner Fuellmich). At this point, Reiner Fuellmich had already given a detailed presentation. A further 18 pages followed, to which we replied with 40 pages. On June 23, 2023, the court informed us that Reiner Fuellmich's statements were nevertheless only relevant at one point, i.e. worthy of review, whereupon we provided further evidence. On June 23, 2023, the court also advised Reiner Fuellmich to withdraw his motions. When no withdrawal was made, the court dismissed the motions. Despite umpteen extensions of the deadline, Reiner Fuellmich has not succeeded in refuting the accuracy of my statements, even though, according to the court, "it (concerns) a factual situation that is neither complex nor raises legal questions that are difficult to assess."
