Wilfried Schmitz is a mandated lawyer in the military appeal proceedings before the German Federal Administrative Court (BVerwG) against the Covid-19 toleration/"vaccination" obligation of several soldiers.
In this presentration dated 6/01/2023, he discusses the written reasons for the decision of the court and explains his view that the administration of justice in Germany has completely failed since March 2020. It is apparent to him that the underlying problem is much older and more fundamental.

At the district court of Weinheim, Germany, a trial was held against Dr. Jiang for the issuance of 4374 allegedly false mask attestations.

The court decided in 1st instance from 01/02/2023: 2 years 9 months imprisonment without probation and 3 years of disbarment.
The public prosecutor's office has appealed and is pushing for a tougher sentence. Even Fox News (USA) reported the court's extraordinary decision.
