Isaiah 53:3-6

3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Good morning brethren! Fill your cup Wednesday is already here. Our midway of the week and wow have I a heavy heart this morning. With the many things we are seeing occur in our world from corruption to evil and all points in between this verse is truly a sobering reminder that many walk in the flesh not in the spirit. Honestly some have no connection to God at all. They walk through life without the saving knowledge of Jesus and the redemption afforded to us through His blood. The evil evidenced before us is what is reaped. Many good people suffer because of those who know not the Heavenly Father. Jesus said we would be hated by the world because we aren't of this world. Stand firm in the faith and live out the example of Jesus no matter how dark and gloomy it seems to be around you. Be the light in a world that needs Jesus now more than ever! ✝️

Psalms 62:8
Trust in Him at all times, you people;
Pour out your heart before Him;
God is a refuge for us.

Hebrews 4:14-16
Our Compassionate High Priest

14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.


Father in Heaven,
You alone can restore our country and bring us back under Your sovereign rule. We repent for our sins, and ask for your loving correction.
Grant us courage to turn this nation back on the path of trusting You. Work through us so Your will may be done.
In Jesus Christ’s name we pray,
Amen.

Have you ever looked in the mirror and told yourself that you are average, inadequate, or not enough?

If so, then you’re not seeing yourself the way God sees you.

You are not seeing yourself as a result of God’s divine creation.

*Fearfully when translated from the hebrew means with great reverence, heart-felt interest, and with respect.

*Wonderfully when translated from the hebrew means unique and set apart.

See yourself as God's creation and know you are filled with His mighty power, great majesty and wisdom.

Even though the earth is in an imperfect state at this moment in time, do NOT let it drive you away from God----

Let it bring you closer to Him, praise & honor Him, let us all make our Father in heaven proud.

Psalm 94:14-19

“They fought from the heavens; the stars from their courses fought against Sisera.” - Judges 5:20

There may be powerful forces that have targeted you, plotting your destruction, as Sisera had done to Israel. But by doing so, they have aroused the attention of your God. Align yourself with God. He will fight on your behalf!

Father I come to you seeking you, longing to be in your presence if even for a moment. Touch us oh Lord and may your spirit continually dwell within us. Give us ears for your word and eyes that see others as you do. Give us strength within our soul to reject all that comes against us and may our hands and feet carry out your will. Allow us openings to freely share the gospel with those that are separated from you oh God. Be with us our all consuming fire. Set our hearts ablaze so much that the world around us cannot help but see you our eternal hope. Bless us in our going in and in our going out, and may you receive all blessing and honor this day in Jesus name amen!

God, please make me quick to listen today. Show me how to love others sincerely and practically. Change the way I approach people by replacing my anger and frustration with grace, empathy, peace, and understanding. Fill me with Your peace and love so that my attitude and actions reflect Your character. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
