this might be the most important thing I've wrote since i started writing on this channel, and I'm definitely going to write about this matter more in the future, so please take a minute and read this with your undivided attention.

i always wanted to address this issue but never really got a way to express it in words correctly. but after many conversations with my AI, I can finally put words to it.

Radical social atomization.

it is a condition where individuals exist as isolated units — atoms rather than an interconnected social fabric.

what does this mean? let's say for example in a workplace, everyone is in the same environment for years, but they never truly meet so they stay strangers to each other the entire time.

another example that i have experienced myself is in the classroom(college classroom), we(students) literally share the same classroom, the same struggles and challenges, the same everything, yet we stay strangers for 4/5 years straight.

this is totally not normal btw.

We Humans are wired for connection, for mutual recognition, for shared experience. When people coexist without ever truly knowing each other, something fundamental has broken in the social contract of that environment.

It's not that people are hostile. It's that they've become socially frozen—unable or unwilling to bridge the gap between coexistence and connection.

so this is what i suggest:
say hi more. invite someone to tea. share a thought about something you both experienced. hold eye contact for a little longer. start somewhere. start small. start today.

life is a marathon not a race.

keep your energy stable, avoid burning out and most importantly focus on your own steps not others. and you'll for sure reach the end point (your goals).

i wont be gatekeeping any business ideas on this channel.

here is a very easily implementable idea that you can do if you have just a little bit of programming skills and communication skills

https://chat.deepseek.com/share/9axwaboz6bshb3d17z

the only reason i wont be implementation this currently is because I'm kind of busy with classes but very soon i will be implementing this. if anyone wanna work along side me shoot me a text or just reply on this post, we'll work together soon.

this is definitely a way to generate income. 100% success rate.

listen up. life is happening right now — whether you're sad about it or not.

the sun still rises. people still need you. work still waits. the dishes still pile up. so here's the thing: you're going to do these things anyway. you might as well do them happy.

get excited about your work. get curious about the people around you. laugh with your family. find joy in the small, boring routines. it's all life. and it's all you've got.

while you're at it — love a little more. forgive a little faster. help when you can. life opens up when you stop living just for yourself.

and yeah. focus up. do the work. always.

you choose the energy you bring. so bring the good kind.

i'll share something that happened to me yesterday.

i met a woman named meron. she has a daughter named sheba. sheba's father was american, but he passed away in late 2017. sheba was born and raised in addis ababa, but right now she and her mom share a small one-room place. meron doesn't have work at the moment, so sheba isn't in school.

they spend a lot of time around arat kilo — aberehot, and that's where i met them.

i loved every moment talking with sheba and her mom. it hit me how different life looks from every perspective. and man, it made me grateful for what i have.

i got the contact info for Sheba's american family. i'm going to try to connect them — hoping sheba can get citizenship and go to america, where her father's family is.

i didn't take any pictures this time. next time i see them, i will. and i'll share.

moral of the story: get out there. meet people. talk to strangers. there's so much to learn and appreciate in every direction.

life isn't meant to be lived alone. go explore.

the worst thing you can do to yourself is let yourself go.

letting yourself go means you stop steering. you let your urges take the wheel. you do what feels good instead of what matters. you wake up one day and realize you've been on autopilot for months, maybe years.

the keyword is FEELS.

because feelings are loud. they scream for comfort, pleasure, ease. and when you always listen, you slowly drift. not because you made one big bad decision, but because you stopped making decisions at all. you just reacted.

so here's your wake up call: whatever you've been putting off, start today. that workout. that project. that hard conversation. that thing you keep saying "i'll get to it" — get to it now. not when you feel like it. not when you're ready. now.

don't let yourself go. stay in the driver's seat. do what you're supposed to do, not just what you feel like doing.

how to learn programming using AI:

step one - learn the basics by doing. ask ai "teach me the basics of [programming language] and for each section give me 5 exercises". when stuck, ask ai to explain concepts until they click. at the end of this, build your first project without ai help (todo list or calculator). commit everything to git. you are now a certified beginner level programmer in [language].

step two - now ask ai to build something bigger (fullstack project: library system, project management system, etc). read the code line by line and write comments explaining each line in your own words. once you fully understand it, close the ai's code and build it from scratch. only reference the ai code when absolutely stuck. repeat this process 2 more times with different projects. you are now a certified intermediate level programmer in [language].

step three - dive deep. learn what happens behind the scenes: memory management, how the compiler/interpreter works, language design principles. if you reach a level of confidence where you could theoretically recreate the language itself, you've earned the right to call yourself an expert.

building the website alone is never enough, hear me out.

you must 1st and foremost understand the problem you're trying to solve and how relevant it is. (there allot of ways to understand problems that exist and I'll write about it in the near future)

once you've got that figured out, create the best solution you can think of..

then just make sure you market your product heavily. could be through cold approaches, or on social media or whatever, just make SURE it reaches your audience. (I'll also write about the best ways to convince an audience about your product)

it's never about what you can build technically, it's always about who and how it'll be influencing.

have a great great night ❤️❤️❤️ .

Stop putting yourself in a box.

don't call yourself a "programmer." call yourself someone who is willing to use his/her programming skills to work on meaningful projects.

That one shift in thinking changes everything.

Why?

Because the moment you label yourself, you stop seeing all the other doors in the room.

We live in an age where diversification isn't just an option—it's a requirement. The market doesn't pay a premium for someone who can do one thing. It pays exponentially more for someone who can do many things perfectly.

so as long as you can learn deeply and commit fully, you can excel in any field. Business, education, art—it doesn't matter.

And To the programmers reading this:

Learn the business logic behind the app. Talk to the users. Understand why that feature actually matters. Pick up some design. Learn to communicate your ideas without showing code.

Do that, and you become more than just a "dev." You become someone who is Irreplaceable, but if all you do is just code and neglect everything else? I'm sorry, but AI is coming for your seat.

If you want to build something that actually matters, stop thinking about code and start thinking about people. Every successful software project starts the same way: not with a keyboard, but with a conversation.

Before you write a single line of code, ask yourself:

Who is this going to benefit?
What problem is it trying to solve?

Got answers? Good. Now go find the people you just identified—the businesses, the institutions, the ones living with the problem every day. Your only job right now is to understand their current workflow.

Watch them. Ask them to show you exactly how they do things. Take notes.

Here's what you'll discover: their process is probably slower, messier, or more frustrating than it needs to be. Maybe there's a spreadsheet held together by luck. Maybe three different people do the same task three different ways. Maybe they already know it's broken but don't know how to fix it.

These aren't obstacles. These are opportunities. More problems = more things to fix = more value you can create.

Only once you understand the problem deeply—from their perspective, not yours—do you start thinking about solutions. Your code is just the delivery mechanism. The real product is a better way to work.

Now go back to them. Show them what you found. Help them see that there's a better way to do what they do every single day.

If you want to be a software developer, you must stop romanticizing the code and start falling in love with the problem. That's the whole game.

Do this, and you won't just build things. You'll build things that matter.

have you ever been tired of unstructured day? try this website out, it helps you structure your day using time blocks during the day.

it is very usefull to map out your day and follow through.

I'm currently building a website that helps with reaching your weakly/monthly/yearly goals by structuring your days on a daily basis, in the mean time tho you can use this simple productivity hack website.

Chase purpose, not money!

A ship without an anchor drifts. No matter how hard it tries to moor, it will be pushed by every wave and wind. Likewise, a life without purpose has no stable center—so it drifts into anxiety, comparison, or quiet despair. Money, status, or comfort become false anchors, but they don’t hold.

When you pursue genuine purpose—solving real problems, creating value, serving others, mastering a craft—you naturally become someone the world rewards. Money becomes a byproduct, not the goal.
