I just made 2 amazing friends, Thomas and viΔ£ina. We talked about so many things like what they do, where they have been traveling and even german politics(they are from germany).
Unfortunately for them they cant join us on the hike on sunday because they are leaving today to go to bahrdar, they will be back in 4 weeks, and they promised to spend a day with us when they're back, they have taken my phone number too.

These are abdulhamid and ali they have been working as plane mechanics for over 25 years TOGETHER, they retired their careers as an inspector and a plane mechanic teacher respectively, they are from Saudi Arabia, Medinah. So i got a chance to practice my arabic bezaw.
Anyways! Entoto is basically mostly owned by kuriftu, the restaurants, cafes and activities.
I'm currently in the middle of talks with the management of kuriftu to give us a special offer(package ngr) for our food, coffee and activities.
I'll keep ya'll updated.

Today i made an amazing friend called marlon, he is from Switzerland and he will be in ethiopia for the next 3 months doing his civil service, which is helping blind and deaf people with their carpentry.

It was such a lovely day we had a chance to play, to support, to have lunch together and to socialize.
I hope this happens more often because all of us need such exposure to widen our network and cultivate a lovely enviroment.

Btw i was at the tech fest zare lemme tell you what i acheived
1. Secured an internship with yonas moh.
How did i do it? I aproached him and introduced myself, and i told him that i wanted to work with him, because i could benifit him in x, y and z ways.
The result? He gave me his personal secretary number and asked me to stay in contact with him.
2. I won a kuriftu water park ticket by answering a very simple question that they asked.
Lesson? NEVER BE AFRAID TO EXPRESS YOUR SELF.
Specially when you are in a room full of new people... be curious, get to know people, express your ideas, and most importantly put yourself out there... this is something only you can do, nobody can do it for you.

Our day will be composed of a morning hike, picnic at lunch and a fun game on the afternoon.
