who am i and what am i aiming to be ?
i am just a "regular" human but what makes me different is what i aim to be .... i aim to be one of the best ever humanoid robots engineer the world has ever knew.
i'm currently undergoing my computer science degree, soon i will under take the following degrees as well
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
i have no idea how i am going to make it or how long it will take me to make it, but one this is for sure, I WILL MAKE IT.
my journey will be documented in video form, so if you are reading this message when it was first broadcasted, just know you are going to be part of great history.

let's talk about FOCUS.
how do we achieve a state of focus? let's start by defining this state, it's a state where all your energy is given to attentively perceive what you're sensing. i.e 100% attention to what you're seeing/hearing/smelling/tasting/torching. In order to achieve the focus state is very simple ... remove all distractions and guide 100% of your attention to the subject in hand.
simple but not easy.
so how do we eliminate 100% of distraction? let's start by defining what it means to be distracted first. Being distracted is a state where an individual is occupied by another task rather than the task that's supposed to be active. in order to eliminate distraction we must first understand the types of distractions that exists. there are mainly 2.
1) internal distractions: irrelevant thoughts, feelings, cravings and etc.
2) external distractions: social media, music, chatter, etc.
so I'll share with you what i do in order to eliminate these distractions, these may or may not be scientifically proven but it's what works for me.
method 1: to eliminate external distractions it's as simple as keeping what distracts you as far away from you as possible. (phone? leave it in the next room. people background chatterer? Library).
method 2.1: to eliminate internal distraction, step 1 is to identify what it is that your thoughts/feelings tryin to convey step 2 is researching ways to deal with them, step 3 is actually dealing with them
method 2.2: to eliminate internal distractions, completely guide your focus to what you need to focus on (coding, reading, learning something new or whatever the task may be) and your inner dialog would eventually quite down.
so as you can see eliminating your inner distractions is way harder, but it is usually the most distracting elements of our lives, so make sure to research a lil more about it.
now you might ask the reason why i spoke about this, and it's because you the reader might be a programmer, an engineer or just someone in a field that demands laser focus to do your work, that's why enhancing your focus is a very serious problem domain which needs allot of attention, with that being said, i will soon write about the connection between our dopamine baseline and it's connection to being prone to distractions.
farewell.

how to learn/work efficiently?
1. remove everything around you that is not relevant to your learning/working session.
for example:
your phone? probably not needed, shut it off and put it in another room,
extra tabs? probably not needed close them and only have tabs that are relevant,
social media and texting? ignore the pulse to read or write a text.
why is this crucial?
it takes your brain minimum of 10-20 minutes of uninterrupted work to reach a state of high productivity and absorption, often called a "flow state.", one context switch(checking your notification, texting someone, watching a reel, etc) can ruin your flow.
2. you wanna stay hydrated and take strategic breaks like stretching, cleaning your room or doing some chose, the point is that you don't wanna be so stimulated that getting back to what you were doing feels hard. the point is that you want getting back to your work easy not hard.
3. don't overeat, cuz that would make you feel lazy since your body would be too busy digesting the food.

what you do the first thing in the morning sets the projectile for the rest of the day, so make sure you start your day healthy, well hydrated and focused on your goal of the day.
i'll be posting about the best way to start your day very soon,.

the reason why you might be struggling to get things done, is prolly that damn phone btw.
the more overstimulated your brain is by things like social media or video games, the more your brain would hate doing tasks that are not as simulating like, reading, learning, working, coding or etc.
so stay focused on what really matters and turn that phone off .

your brain is "just like" any muscle in your body, the more you train it, the stronger it becomes.
just how you would lift weights to strengthen your muscles, you must read/deep-focus-work everyday so your brain grows stronger.
and just how through consistent training your muscles would handle more weight, your brain also would handle more complex topics/tasks.

The Secret to Enjoying Simple Things Again
We all crave the extraordinary — the next trip, the perfect meal, the unforgettable moment. But what if the real key to happiness isn’t in adding more, but in feeling more?
Most of us have forgotten how to truly enjoy simple things: the warmth of morning sun, the taste of fresh bread, the calm of a quiet evening. It’s not that life has lost its beauty. It’s that our senses have been turned down.
Why? Because we’re overstimulated.
When your brain is constantly flooded with high-intensity input — scrolling, streaming, snacking, rushing — it adjusts its baseline. Suddenly, ordinary moments feel dull. A quiet cup of coffee can’t compete with a viral video. A walk outside feels slow compared to a fast-paced game.
It’s like eating a heavily spiced stew right before tasting a delicate dish. You won’t taste the subtlety. But come to it hungry, and that same dish becomes rich, satisfying, alive.
The same is true for life.
To enjoy simple things, we don’t need more — we need less. We need to lower our stimulation so ordinary moments can be felt again.
Here are three practical ways to reset your capacity for joy:
1. Create space before simplicity.
Before you sit down for a simple meal or take a short walk, give yourself 10 minutes of quiet. Put your phone away. Breathe. Let your mind settle. You’re preparing your senses to receive, not just consume.
2. Practice “one thing at a time.”
Eat without watching something. Walk without listening to a podcast. Talk without checking your phone. When you do one thing fully, you notice details you’d otherwise miss — the texture, the sound, the presence.
3. Embrace small deprivations.
Skip a meal until you’re genuinely hungry. Turn off notifications for an hour. Leave your headphones at home. These small “fasts” from stimulation reset your brain’s reward system. Suddenly, food tastes better, quiet feels richer, and small joys regain their color.
The science behind this?
It’s about dopamine — your brain’s reward chemical. When you’re overstimulated, your dopamine baseline rises, and simple pleasures don’t register as rewarding. Lower the baseline, and life’s ordinary moments become sources of genuine satisfaction again.
It’s not just about enjoying (“this feels good”) — it’s about admiring (“this is good”). And overstimulation dulls both.
Your invitation this week:
Pick one simple thing you usually rush through — drinking tea, sitting in the sun, listening to a friend — and do it with your full attention. Notice what you feel. You might rediscover a world you forgot was there.
Because the simple things aren’t boring. We’re just distracted.

the whole point of programming is to solve problems, by solving i mean actually getting out there and making sure an individual's or a communities problem/s is fixed.
lets take a doctor for example, will he be able to treat his patients if he is not out there talking and communicating with them and coming up with treatments specifically for that patient? no he wouldn't be able to
same with programmers, If we aren't out there understanding what problem the communities/individuals are having, we can't solve real-world problems ...and if we aren't doin that then we're just ... people who know how to code but never use it to benefit anyone.
then after that is where we get to think of "marketing", having an idea/code that fixes someone or a communities problem/s is the first and the most important step, the second step is just convincing them that you can fix their problem that's all there is to it.
and tbh as programmers thats what we lack, we think knowing all the techinical skills will solve our problems but it wont. fyi a doctors 50% of his job is diagnosing his patients
so before deciding on starting any project, ask your self this ... who's problem am i solving with this ?

if you are really someone who wants achieve a certain thing in your life, you must cut the bullshit.
if you don't cut all the crappy distractions out of your life, trust me you're making it harder on yourself to achieve what you ought to achieve.
your phone? only for communication.
your laptop? only for learning/working.
your time? only for growing.
and i'm being serious, you might mistake scrolling on insta as relaxation or watching a movie as resting. but all this time you could've used to grow. and i know that we are humans and need rest at the end of the day, but just be very conscious about it.
i'll soon write about the best ways to rest. (i know this is a subjective matter but i'll approach it in an objective sense)\
