"Studies show a mysterious health benefit to ice cream"

"One study showed among diabetics, eating half a cup of ice cream a day was associated with a lower risk of heart problems."

Did Pfizer write this for them?
Your quality of life will GREATLY improve by quitting soda (including diet soda)

- the amount of sugar in each bottle/can spiking your insulin
- genetically engineered corn syrup (or artificial sweetener) destroying your organs, DNA, and brain
- empty calories with zero nutritional value
- wasted money
Some familiar foods didn’t always look that way. Here’s what bananas, carrots, and watermelon used to look like before we had to make them look “good” for people to want to eat.
Genetically engineered plants.
Preservatives, food coloring, and artificial garbage in food products.
Overabundance of vaccines and pharmaceutical drugs.
Chemicals in home cleaning and hygiene products.

We are destroying our own bodies. No other excuse.

While the government is rushing through the approval of lab-grown meat, otherwise called "cultivated" or "cultured" meat, do we even know the long term health implications of something like this?

If lab grown meat does end up in restaurants and on store shelves, will there be any regulations on the labeling of it? How will we know where our meat came from?

The New York Times is on the attack vs. Raw Milk

Wait until you see the "health expert" they're quoting for this article.

"Dr. Martin said, certain vitamins are only reduced by around less than 10 percent. “The claim that these components are ‘destroyed’ by pasteurization is simply untrue"

Martin is a misdirecting dumb shit

The argument by raw milk proponents doesn't center around vitamins, it's that beneficial enzymes and microbes are killed by the pasteurization process, which all of them are. They can't survive the heating process.

If you get raw milk from a nasty farm, sure, there could be a higher risk for contamination - but raw milk from a clean farm is going to be far better than pasteurized milk from a shitty corporate confined farm.

The only kind of cows milk I drink is raw. These "health experts" can suck it.
Oversized portions.
Too much sugar and artificial sweeteners.
GMO food and preservatives.
Lack of exercise.
Xeno-estrogens in hygiene products.

It's not a mystery why we're so unhealthy - all it takes is self-knowledge and effort to undo the damage.

Disease rates are skyrocketing exponentially, especially among our youth. Childhood cancers, auto-immune issues, obesity, mental health disorders, and more.

When we let our kids eat fast food, candy, and food products loaded with GMO ingredients and preservatives - all nutritionally dead food - is it any wonder why diseases are increasing so much?
The mainstream media is now using climate change as a justification to get people to stop growing their own food.

“Study says homegrown food outputs 5 times more CO2 than conventionally grown food”

They do not want you being healthy and self-reliant.

Which means it’s more important than ever that you are.
Media is too big
