The REAL reason why you need to be physically strong 👇

Having six pack abs and a juicy booty is nice and all, but they’re not gonna get you out of an emergency.

The real reason to lift heavy and be strong is to save your own life, save somebody else’s life, or kick someone’s ass if the need arises.

Plus, you don’t want to be the old geezer with debilitating back pain and knees that won’t let you get up the stairs.

Prioritize strength and fitness, and the looks will follow. Think of them as a side benefit.
