Wie het weer kan bepalen kan (andere) landen droogleggen of overspoelen. Naar mijn mening een van de gevaarlijkste wapens die iemand kan bezitten.

We zeggen met deze post niet dat de overstromingen per definitie zijn gecreëerd, maar zeggen enkel dat het het kunstmatig veranderen van het weer aannemelijker kan zijn dan de meeste mensen denken.
