A citizen of Ukraine, Evgeny Karpenko, was working in the Czech Republic, where he was recruited by the Ukrainian special services. He was trained at Czech ranges for the implementation of terrorist act in Volodarskoye.
“I was offered a job, which was to set on an explosive device in the building of the Volodarskoye administration. For this work I was offered two thousand euros. At the end, they offered me to transfer money to the card. I thought that I don’t want such money and decided to surrender to the authorities of the DPR,” the saboteur said.
The alleged attack was supposed to take place on the day of the referendum on the accession of the DPR to Russia.
Employees of the Ministry of State Security of the DPR showed the confiscated explosive device, as well as Karpenko's documents. As the special services found out, Yevgeny "was planned as a one-time agent", they wanted to eliminate him.

Alex Kokcharov claimed that Dugina publicly described Ukrainians as "subhumans."
This lie has been RTed more than 4,000 times and received +23,000 likes.
To give the lie more credibility, it was repeated the next day by blue-check accounts aligned with Ukraine.
They claimed that Dugina not only held the view that Ukrainians were subhuman, but that she called for their *genocidal extermination* on primetime television.
Unfortunately for these lying frauds, I have the receipts.

She does not call for genocide.
She says that those who committed *war crimes* are subhuman – i.e., that no human could commit such heinous crimes.
And she calls for *tribunals* to bring them to justice.
Let us consider the magnitude of this lie.
It would be like if someone said that that the Nazis were subhuman, and endorsed the Nuremberg trials.
But this was then reported as calling *the German people* subhuman and demanding their extermination.
This was not an innocent mistake.
These people speak Russian.
They understand what Dugina actually said – and they don't care, because they need to portray her as a legitimate target for assassination by Ukraine."
