Please note that there are very limited numbers of hotel luggage trolleys.

➡️ Please don't take and load a trolley until you need it
➡️ Please return the trolley as quickly as possible for others to use.

Be kind to the lifts, be kind to each other!

The hotel lifts are a little fragile. Overloads might cause a lift to fail for the rest of the convention, so please help us keep them working by following a few guidelines:

➡️ Max Five people or large cases maximum occupancy
➡️ OR: Two people + One Luggage Trolley

➡️ Give priority to those who need the lift more than you.
➡️ If you can use the stairs, please do so
➡️ Lots of heavy luggage? Please make more than one trip
➡️ Remember, luggage is people too!
➡️ Please do not go up to go down!!

Hello con creatures! we're not cart shaming (yet) but if you've got a cart loaded in the lobby waiting for a long time, please unload it so others can use it. You can always find another later for the trip to the car!

Hello lovely ConFuzzled people - there are still unclaimed Fursuiting lost property items on the shelves in Little Lounge - any items not claimed will go to stores, any underarmour items will not be kept for sanitary and hygiene reasons.

📢 Vector & Layout Graphic Designer Wanted

ConFuzzled Creative is looking for graphic designers who may be interested in joining the ConFuzzled Creative team as Crew for our 2027 cycle.

This is a volunteer, unpaid role, that requires a little of your donated time all year round. You will help us develop graphic assets for the convention, including branding, supporting graphics, and assets for merchandise. It’s a great way to build your portfolio up with design work done within a professional environment.

We are especially interested in hearing from people with experience in:
• Vector design
• Layout design
• Logo work
• Large-scale vector graphics
• Preparing artwork for print, merchandise, or signage

This role is focused on graphic design rather than illustration, so we are looking for people who understand the difference between illustrative artwork and clean, scalable vector design and layout principles.

Familiarity with Affinity 3.0 would be ideal, though we are also happy to hear from people who are willing to learn and adapt to our working processes.
