The "Meet the Huskies" event is not by Miller's bar as advertised. It has been set up outside by the Livewell/swimming pool entrance to the hotel, to the right of the food trucks.

The hotel lifts are a little fragile. Overloads might cause a lift to fail for the rest of the convention, so please help us keep them working by following a few guidelines:
➡️ Max Five people or large cases maximum occupancy
➡️ OR: Two people + One Luggage Trolley
➡️ Give priority to those who need the lift more than you.
➡️ If you can use the stairs, please do so
➡️ Lots of heavy luggage? Please make more than one trip
➡️ Remember, luggage is people too!
➡️ Please do not go up to go down!!

Art Show submissions will be opening in Warwick (near Dealers Den) from 13:30 to 16:30. If you have registered your art online now is the time to drop it off. Didn't register online? No problem, come on by and our crew will help get your piece submitted on the door.

BINS AND AT CON DIAPER DISPOSAL
✅ All Diapers must be disposed of in the medical waste bins in medical waste bags.
✅ You can obtain yellow/orange Medical waste bags from the Medical team or the con ops desk.
✅ We will try to also maintain a supply of bags, but try to be sensible about how many you take at once… i.e do not take the whole roll!
❌ Do not leave any diaper used waste for the Hilton cleaners please.
❌ Do not mess in public areas if you can avoid it, if you can't avoid it please ensure you clean up as soon as you can to avoid smells.
The location of the bins is behind the hotel, the best way to reach it is to leave via the NEC exit and turn right, they will be just behind the building there, (blue arrow on the map attached).

✅ Pacifiers are fine to be worn on clothing/around the neck but are not allowed to be used in public spaces.
✅ General little clothes are fine in public spaces for example shortalls/overalls onesies under other clothing, ABU caps etc
