As you know, you'll need ID to pickup your registration. For Hilton Residents, you will also need your ID to check-in too. Please make sure you carry it with you when queuing up for the check-in desks, or have Digital ID ready.

FASHION SHOW UPDATE!

Thank you to EVERYONE who submitted applications! We received a huge number - we wish we could include all of you!

We've now completed model selection, and those who have been picked have been notified (check your email etc). If you didn't receive a notification, then unfortuneately you've not been selected.

You may still receive a selection in case there are any drop-outs.

Whilst it is largely focused on specific events, we would like to remind all attendees that if you wear latex, that you do not use talc as a dressing aid. This is to avoid the possibility of aerosol particles, which could -in turn- severely impact those with latex allergy. This applies anywhere in the hotel.

And you know that they care for, and rehome Huskies and Malmutes right?

Well.... THEY'RE BRINGING SOME DOGGOS FOR YOU TO MEET! :D

Look out for the 'Meet the Huskies' event, 1000-1600 Outside by Millers, Friday through Monday!

There are currently restrictions on bringing certain food products into the UK, including meat and dairy.

This may impact those seeking to bring food in, including for our Snack Exchange event.

Be kind to the lifts, be kind to each other!

The hotel lifts are a little fragile. Overloads might cause a lift to fail for the rest of the convention, so please help us keep them working by following a few guidelines:

➡️ Max Five people or large cases maximum occupancy
➡️ OR: Two people + One Luggage Trolley

➡️ Give priority to those who need the lift more than you.
➡️ If you can use the stairs, please do so
➡️ Lots of heavy luggage? Please make more than one trip
➡️ Remember, luggage is people too!

We've got some good news to share - fursuiting will be allowed in the con space from 12pm tomorrow (Thursday 22 May).

Please respect the hotel and don't fursuit before this time

We know how much you all love stickers, but please don't put these on hotel property! We will have dedicated banners out for you to stickerbomb to your heart's content.

If you need extra support in the event of an evacuation, please fill in a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) when you check in - just request this from the check-in desk.

Once you've registered for the con, you can claim your Dealer's Badge and assistant badge(s) from the Dealers' Den in Monarch
