🎉 PARTY SUITES 2025

We are pleased to announce the details of this year’s Party Suite sales!

As previously announced, the party suites this year are £630/night (this is a price set by the hotel over which ConFuzzled has no control).

As with previous years, this will be a lottery process. Here are the timings:

➡️ 24th March, 6PM: Applications open
➡️ 31st March, 6PM: Applications close
➡️ By end of 2nd April: Winners contacted with offer
➡️ By end of 6th April: Payment deadline

At the date & time of applications opening, a post will be made in our usual announcement channels advising the website with the application form.

When applying for a suite, you’ll be able to select up to three preferences. All applicants must be registered Hilton residential attendees. We cannot guarantee any specific nights for availability ahead of the lottery and if you do not wish to accept the proposed time slots then you will be able to release your claim without having to pay.

Only those with the appropriate early arrival and/or late departure on their residential registration may apply for party suites on those dates.

The available dates will be as follows:

➡️ Saturday 24th May
➡️ Sunday 25th May
➡️ Monday 26th May
➡️ Tuesday 27th May (Late departure required)

We have a selection of limited spaces left on the Sunday and Monday in Dealers Den for Pop-Up Shops. Attendees can request a spot by emailing the Den team at dealersden@confuzzled.org.uk.

Please provide your Attendee ID, Trader Name, days you would like to apply for Sunday, Monday, or both, and table count 1 or 2.

These applications will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Many Thanks - Dealers Den Crew
