Further elevator news:

Please be careful not to overload the lifts. This can cause them to become stuck.

⚠️If you are stuck in the lifts, and use the alarm button, this will alert the Hotel team to your incident. However, if you subsequently are able to free yourselves without maintenance intervention, please let either hotel reception, or ConOps know, so that the relevant lift attendance request can be cancelled.

☠️If you are stuck between floors, do NOT attempt to force the doors. This can present an extreme risk of injury. Wait for lift attendance to free you.

Art show will be opening for the sponsors only viewing today at 6pm in Warwick. You will be able to start placing bids during this time, and we have so many incredible pieces of art and items for you to view!

MotorFurs! If you are attending the event with a vehicle tomorrow, *please* don't start moving vehicles until the gates have opened just after 12pm. We don't want to upset the hotel by jamming up their access roads with people circling early. Help us keep the Hilton happy to host our event! Thankyou in advance
