Update for dealers: Current plan is for dealer registration to go live alongside the main registration at the same time.

This is a short update to a change in payment processes for the dealers den.

In previous years, payment for den tables was taken at the convention itself.

Starting with 2019, payment will now be taken in advance as part of your registration payment. This is to ensure fairness to all those seeking to reserve a space, and to ensure spaces are properly allocated now that demand for tables is much higher than in previous years.

We're sorry, but we've had to temporarily close registration in order to resolve some of the database issues we've been seeing. Please standby for further announcements.

Registration has now re-opened. We're back at https://reg.confuzzled.org.uk - if you aren't sure if a previous attempt to register went through, check your email (including junk folder). If you got an email asking to confirm your email address, you're in! Just carry on & confirm!

If you did /not/ receive the email, then you're not confirmed, and will need to try again. We apologise for the issues tonight, and the delays caused. If you still see errors in registration, please go back a page, and re-submit.

We would ask you to refrain from hitting the 'refresh' button /too/ many times though. Wait for the page to load, or error-out before retrying, it helps avoid duplicate registrations. We're working hard in the background to try to learn from these problems and fix things quickly

A polite reminder that registration is the /only/ route by which we are able to provide a guaranteed residential reservation (following registration approval and completed payment). We cannot hold rooms via email requests for any reason. Thank you.

Dealers: Due to an issue with the Reg system, please email us at DealersDen@confuzzled.org.uk if you need to edit any of your Dealers' Den details. We will need to process the changes manually until further notice.

Registration approval emails have /started/ going out. They do not all go out simultaneously. If you hear of others receiving theirs, and you still have not received yours - sit tight! Our reg team are working through it (troopers that they are!) :)

Please pay as soon as possible following approval. Two days is the normal deadline, but remember we won't be cancelling any registrations if you haven't paid by the 19th. If you receive 'payment overdue' emails, you can ignore those so long as you pay before the 19th :)
