Approval emails for CFz 2024 are starting tonight so please check your inboxes.

We have a new reference system for payments and we need everyone to be confirmed before this will become active so please check your spam and junk folders.

Registration remains closed at this time for changes but will be open shortly after we are able to complete the residential lottery confirmations.

Approvals are done by hand so please sit tight and we will be open as soon as we can.

Once registration is re-opened we will put out another message letting you all know!

Registration is re-open!

You should now be able to follow the instructions on your approval e-mails and pay your fee.
Please note the new reference for your bank payment on the payment page.
This will allow us to confirm your payment against your account much quicker than before!

Registration is also now re-open for day tickets and non-residential tickets (subject to availability).

The registration system should now be fully back online! This means we're once again open for non-residential and day-ticket registrations (Subject to availability).

For those making payments, please be patient whilst awaiting final acknowledgement - our team are volunteers and it might take a little while for us to process and apply the 'Paid' status to your registration.

Also, if you missed out on a room in our lottery, you can switch to non-residential by contacting registration@confuzzled.org.uk - you'll still remain on the waiting list, and you don't need to make a fresh registration.

Hi everyone! "Payment accepted" emails have started to go out now. These are sent out manually by a team of volunteers, so it may take a few days for it to appear on your account. Don't panic! If you've paid and the status hasn't updated, please wait a few days before contacting Registration.

We know some of you are still waiting to see your payment status update in the system.

Our team are working to get the payments processed as fast as possible. Rest assured, if you have paid, your registration is safe.

Hello Dealers!

We are happy to announce our registration will open on the: 20th of October 2023 at 21:00 BST.

Here’s what you need to do once Dealers registration opens if you have already Registered.

1: Read the Terms and Conditions* of the Dealers’ Den and Prohibited Items**.
2: Log into your registration page.
3: Click the Dealers’ Den link in the top right-hand menu.
4: Fill out all parts of the Dealers’ Registration page.
5: Submit your registration.

You have to be a registered ConFuzzled Attendee to apply to Dealers’ Den. If you have yet to Register for the Convention, please do so first, and fill out the Dealers part of the form during your registration.

We cannot wait to see who registers for CFz Dealers’ Den 2024!

Beware of scammers!

We've had reports of people trying to scam money out of attendees by saying they have hotel rooms, and trying to get you to pay them via Paypal's Friends & Family feature. Please be careful!

Official room offers are only ever made through our Registration@confuzzled.org.uk email. If you have need to change your room share, please contact registration on the Registration@confuzzled.org.uk address.

Please note that ConFuzzled registration will not contact you via DMs on Telegram/Twitter or other social media.

Dealers Den Update! Registration for the Den has seen unprecedented demand and we are already sold out of tables, and therefore need to close until further notice. This has happened far faster than anticipated so we're really sorry if you didn't get through.

There may still be some availability once current applications have been processed - but these would be subject to availability

Dealers Den Announcement

Hello Dealers,

We just wanted to reach out to update you about current den applications. We know our last message caused a bit of confusion for which we want to apologise and help straighten things up for you.

The den team are busy reviewing all applications for the den this year, if you have not heard back from them yet do not worry.

As you will know from our previous message the den saw very high demand and we are doing our best to ensure all applicants are dealt with fairly and are reviewed fully by the den team. 

As we are working through these in blocks you may see other dealers talking about their responses while you may be waiting for one. Rest assured we will get to you.

We know it is taking a little longer than usual but the den team will respond to you.

We just ask for a bit more patience while we work through them all.

DEALERS DEN ANNOUNCEMENT

Dealers should now be able to access their Dealers' Den registration when they log in via their Dashboard.

We have had some reports of registrations being incorrect. Could Dealers please log in and check everything is in order, and if anything is wrong, please contact dealersden@confuzzled.org.uk

Just a note to say - Telegram are now injecting adverts into channels, which some users may see alongside our content.

ConFuzzled has no control over these adverts, are not affiliated with the advertisers, and we certainly aren't making any money off them!

These won't appear for Telegram Premium users, but they're fairly easy to spot, and will have a 'sponsored' tag shown on them. Such posts are not coming from us.

Hello Dealers,

We are reaching out to all of you to give context and clarity for what has been going on in our team recently and set out our plan moving forward.

Firstly, we do want to thank you for your patience in recent weeks. Before the Dealers’ Den opened this year, we embarked on an ambitious plan to bring a new format for dealers to register and provide a much more efficient and user-friendly platform for you. We’ve also evolved our review process, as we have seen an unprecedented increase in the number of dealers applying and we want to ensure we can support as many of you as possible while remaining fair in our selection.

One of the reasons for introducing the curation process is the planned reduction of the number of tables this year so that the space can be better managed by our team. We made this decision after reviewing previous feedback from Dealers, Attendees, and Convention Team Members. This adjustment will improve the overall experience for both attendees and dealers and we are hopeful that it will help make Dealers’ Den smoother for everyone. Consequently this solution should allow more physical space for everyone in the Den, whilst ensuring all dealers have a chance to be seen.

As you may have seen, we did not get this right straight away, and we have had some false starts. It was never our intention to cause confusion or upset, and we do seek to resolve these issues where they have arisen. As such, the Den Staff have been working hard to ensure that our steps to resolve these issues are in the right direction.

Moving forward, we will be waiting until after Furcation, as we know that some of you will be taking the chance to relax and enjoy well-deserved breaks, and will begin processing your applications after this coming weekend. All dealers will receive updates in due course, please note that they are being worked through in stages and that you won’t all receive updates at the same time. We will be releasing more information surrounding our curation process soon so that you can understand what is involved during this stage of your application.

We take into account every piece of feedback we receive, whether positive or negative, and we are confident that we will be able to deliver a fantastic experience for new and returning dealers alike, and look forward to welcoming you into the Den in 2024.
