Hey Dealers!

We are looking forward to seeing you all register this year, we have made a big change that we wanted to tell you about.

This year you will not be able to apply for the Dealers' Den when you register to enter the Residential Lottery.

After much thought, we felt separating the Dealers' Dens registration period from the main registration would reduce the stress that dealers experienced.

With this in mind Dealers' Den registration will not open until 2 weeks AFTER the lottery results are released.

We can't wait to see who applies for CFz Dealers' Den 2024!

Remember, for residential registration, we operate a lottery process, so you've got a two week window in which to apply - we'll close on Friday 15th September at 6PM.

Applying for a Double or Twin room? Don't forget that both you AND your roomshare partner must BOTH submit your own independent registrations, and then set each other as roomshare partners in the registration system BEFORE the lottery window closes.

Our residential registration lottery window is now CLOSED.

With the closure of this, our registration team are now temporarily fully closing the registration system. This means no changes can currently be made, and no additional non-residential registrations can be submitted ... but this will re-open in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for an announcement when this happens.

The results of the residential lottery will be forthcoming in due course - please bear with us whilst we validate and check all the submissions, and we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Hello everyone!

We’re wanting to announce that we have now sent out the emails to let everyone know of their residential registration lottery result.

If you can’t see it, follow these instructions to find it:

+ Check your junk mail
+ Check your ‘Newsletter’ or ‘Other Inbox’ section - you may need to actually visit your email provider’s web app to see these or, in your mail client it may be in a different folder.

If you are using any special email filtering tools or processes, please note that the emails we have sent today are coming from Mailchimp, a mass-mailing system that most businesses would use for marketing or newsletters. Please check your email filters just in case our message got caught.

The news you’ll receive today will fall into one of three categories:

1: You (and any room share partner) secured a Hilton room, and got your first choice (including any early/late days requested).
2: You (and any room share partner) secured a Crowne Plaza (overflow) room (including any early/late days requested).
3: You were unsuccessful in securing any room type, and are now on the ‘waiting list’.

Your specific email will outline what the next steps are. We are now going to be moving forward with formally approving your registration, and then requesting payment. You won’t get that email right away, but stand-by, it will be coming soon.

IMPORTANT: Until you receive this second email, your registration will not yet show as approved in the registration system. Please wait for this second email - this will be your notification that your registration has been formally approved.

The registration system will go live again on Tuesday 10th October - at this stage you will once again be able to modify your registration (some limitations apply). You can also once more upload badge and fursuit pictures.

When registration goes live, you’ll also once more be able to register for non-residential and day-tickets. Note that these registrations are subject to availability.

NEW PAYMENT INFO: As you know, we accept payment by bank transfer. New for this year, we are requesting that all attendees use a unique payment reference code that will be shown to you in the payment section of the registration system. Using this will ensure your registration gets processed and marked as paid faster.

In the event that you have been offered an option you don’t want, then you can simply ‘ignore’ any payment request and your registration will be automatically cancelled.

For option 3 above: we know that not getting a room is very disappointing. Unfortunately, there is finite space available in our official hotels. For now, our best advice is to wait and see if any non-payment cancellations free up some additional room spaces.

Good News Everyone!

Approval emails for CFz 2024 are starting tonight so please check your inboxes.

We have a new reference system for payments and we need everyone to be confirmed before this will become active so please check your spam and junk folders.

Registration remains closed at this time for changes but will be open shortly after we are able to complete the residential lottery confirmations.

Approvals are done by hand so please sit tight and we will be open as soon as we can.

Once registration is re-opened we will put out another message letting you all know!
Registration is re-open!

You should now be able to follow the instructions on your approval e-mails and pay your fee.
Please note the new reference for your bank payment on the payment page.
This will allow us to confirm your payment against your account much quicker than before!

Registration is also now re-open for day tickets and non-residential tickets (subject to availability).
The registration system should now be fully back online! This means we're once again open for non-residential and day-ticket registrations (Subject to availability).

For those making payments, please be patient whilst awaiting final acknowledgement - our team are volunteers and it might take a little while for us to process and apply the 'Paid' status to your registration.

Also, if you missed out on a room in our lottery, you can switch to non-residential by contacting registration@confuzzled.org.uk - you'll still remain on the waiting list, and you don't need to make a fresh registration.
Hi everyone! "Payment accepted" emails have started to go out now. These are sent out manually by a team of volunteers, so it may take a few days for it to appear on your account. Don't panic! If you've paid and the status hasn't updated, please wait a few days before contacting Registration.
We know some of you are still waiting to see your payment status update in the system.

Our team are working to get the payments processed as fast as possible. Rest assured, if you have paid, your registration is safe.
Hello Dealers!

We are happy to announce our registration will open on the: 20th of October 2023 at 21:00 BST.

Here’s what you need to do once Dealers registration opens if you have already Registered.

1: Read the Terms and Conditions* of the Dealers’ Den and Prohibited Items**.
2: Log into your registration page.
3: Click the Dealers’ Den link in the top right-hand menu.
4: Fill out all parts of the Dealers’ Registration page.
5: Submit your registration.

You have to be a registered ConFuzzled Attendee to apply to Dealers’ Den. If you have yet to Register for the Convention, please do so first, and fill out the Dealers part of the form during your registration.

We cannot wait to see who registers for CFz Dealers’ Den 2024!

Beware of scammers!

We've had reports of people trying to scam money out of attendees by saying they have hotel rooms, and trying to get you to pay them via Paypal's Friends & Family feature. Please be careful!

Official room offers are only ever made through our Registration@confuzzled.org.uk email. If you have need to change your room share, please contact registration on the Registration@confuzzled.org.uk address.

Please note that ConFuzzled registration will not contact you via DMs on Telegram/Twitter or other social media.

Dealers Den Update! Registration for the Den has seen unprecedented demand and we are already sold out of tables, and therefore need to close until further notice. This has happened far faster than anticipated so we're really sorry if you didn't get through.

There may still be some availability once current applications have been processed - but these would be subject to availability
