HILTON CHECKOUT UPDATE

As some of you noted, in our ‘Essential Email’, we originally advised a check-out time for those staying in the Hilton of 10am. This has now been changed to the following:

• Checking out on 30th May: 11am
• Checking out on 31st May (Late Departure): 1030am

If you are requiring later check out, you can book this in advance by requesting it at the front desk. A fee of £10 per hour will be levied, and is subject to availability.

NOTE: If you check-out late anyway without booking this, you may find additional fees get levied. You may also find that your room key / digital key stops working after the check-out time (as outlined above) on your scheduled departure day if you have not pre-booked late check out.

Unfortunately there’s no way to request late check-out through the Hilton App (If you normally receive this as a membership benefit, we're afraid the Hilton are not able to extend this to you for your stay at ConFuzzled)

Late check-out will be subject to availability with the hotel.

Crowne Plaza check-out is 11am, and they also have a late departure option at £10 per hour.

Welfare Reminder!

If you take medications regularly, be sure to remember to have sufficient supply to last the duration of your time with us at ConFuzzled.

If you run out, arranging alternate supply might be tricky - check your stocks today and be sure to order your repeat prescription a little early if you need to!

During the convention, the ConFuzzled Memorial Tree, and book of remembrance will be situated in the Library (Third Stage).

Outside of any events that run in this room, the library should be kept for quiet reflection, and to offer a space where you can remember those no longer with us.

Hi everyone.

Super sorry about this but .... a problem with the digital check-in system (the Hilton Honors app) has been identified.

Attempting to use digital check-in will challenge for a very much incorrect credit/debit card holding amount.

This means we have to ask you to not use the 'check-in' feature of the app. You will be able to check-in at hotel reception, and they will be able to manually assign a 'digital key' to your app if you would still like to use it to unlock your door (you'll also have the option to use a standard key-card)

We apologise for the inconvenience, especially as this means we will now likely still have longer queues at hotel reception. Unfortunately this issue was identified too late for Hilton Honors to resolve (it is operated centrally and beyond our control)
