The 'results' emails have now been sent. We've had a huge response this year - THANK YOU so much for your support and love for ConFuzzled. We love you back!

If you didn't get a room: We know this is disappointing, but we hope you'll agree the lottery is the fairest way for us to allocate room spaces. Other hotels nearby might offer alternative accommodation options. As mentioned in your email, you'll also be on our waiting list pending any cancellations or non-payments.

To help us process your bank transfer payment faster, please use your nickname and registration number as the payment reference. For example 'BROK123' - then let us know the reference you used when you email to confirm you sent payment.

If your nickname and reg number would be too long, then just use your reg number by itself please.

They’re available! You can have one, two, or three days. We’re sorry, but the route to getting them is still a bit long-winded. Here’s how:

+ Register ‘attending only’ (ignore the price shown – you DON’T have to pay anything just to submit your registration)
+ When filling out your registration, please fill in the ‘notes’ section which day(s) you’d like
+ Immediately after submitting your registration, please email registration@confuzzled.org.uk requesting that your reg be converted to the day ticket(s) you’ve asked for.
+ Registration will action your request, adjust your registration, and request payment.

That’s it – sorry it’s a few steps but you can have-at-it now with day tickets!

If you were not successful in getting a room space in our lottery and were waiting to hear if cancellations or non-payments would open up a spot for you via our waiting list, this post is for you. There's also extra information below if you were on the waiting list, and had requested a table in the Dealers Den.

We've now processed virtually all payments and room-space allocations. This means that getting a spot allocated to you through cancellation or non-payment is now something we'd say is extremely unlikely.

As such, you may wish to make accommodation arrangements elsewhere. If so, you can let us know you'd like to switch to 'attending only' registration by emailing registration@confuzzled.org.uk - you'd still be on the 'waiting list' for a ConFuzzled room space (so, you might want to book your private accommodation on a cancellable basis, just in case!).

DEALERS: If you still want a table, simply follow the advice above! If however, you have changed your mind and now plan to attend but not deal, please contact dealersden@confuzzled.org.uk to either remove your table request, or make any other changes you'd like (such as switching to request a slot for a Pop-up space)

IMPORTANT: Tables / Pop-ups are only fully secure once your registration is paid-up and completed. As such, we recommend progressing your registration forward to 'attending only' or day-ticket(s) at this time (for pop-ups, the fee will be charged 'pay on the day')
