Hey everyone! We're closing residential registration at this time. Basically - we've now completely run out of rooms. No further expansions are coming in our overflow. Some changes can still be made to your registration (the cut off is still 13th April at 1900 UK Time). YOU CAN STILL REGISTER as attending-only or for day-tickets. We are still looking for people to help run Fur-e-oke this year. All equipment will be provided we just need a few people who could give a couple of hours to run the event. Additional ; note that your ID must be intact and legible. Damaged or 'broken' ID that is not legible may not be acceptable. If you are concerned that your ID is in a poor condition, consider arranging replacement ID to be on the safe side.

The hotel fire alarm will be tested on Friday at 10am! There is no need to evacuate.

As well as gender neutral toilets at the hotel, there will also be gender neutral changing rooms at the hotel leisure facilities. Please ask a member of staff for directions.

Please note if you've received an email from Hilton saying you can check in now and choose your room, you can only choose the room type you have already been allocated. You can ignore this message if desired.
