Our charity, Secret World, are facing a significant disruption to their normal fundraising activities because of the Coronavirus lockdown. Over the next few days we'll be sharing ways you can fundraise, get sponsored, and help out!

We're now pleased to announce that the refund application process has begun. You'll receive the invite to the application form in your email, so keep an eye on your inbox. If you can't see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you still can't see the email, but feel you should have received an invite, please don't ask someone else to send you the link, as the link is unique to each person to protect security & privacy. Instead, contact refunds@confuzzled.org.uk Do not share your unique link with others, as it may prevent you from filling out the application yourself.
Note that the refund form will be open until 22nd May, 11:45PM (UK Time). The refund processing will not begin until after this time. Once it begins it may take some considerable time to complete, but we will be aiming to keep you updated with progress as best we can.

A reminder to those of you who are yet to complete your refund application, that you have until 11:45PM, 22nd May to fill out the form. Even if you do not want a refund, please complete the form to give us implicit instruction to that effect.
We've today sent out reminder emails to everyone from whom we have not yet received applications. We've also mailed those for whom our system showed only partial details received. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folder for these mails.
If you have completed your refund application via other means (for example by contacting our refund team directly), then you can safely ignore these emails.
If you have questions, or feel that the application form does not address your individual circumstances, you can contact us using the email address: refunds@confuzzled.org.uk

Yup, we decided we just couldn’t leave you stranded with nothing to do over the Bank holiday when ConFuzzled was due to take place. We might not be able to get together in person, but we can still try to lift your spirits with some live-streamed events online!
Best of all, it’s free - no registration necessary!
This is also a fantastic opportunity to help raise money for our charity (Secret World), who -like many other charities right now- are facing a significant impact to their normal fundraising activities. The first event is our opening ceremony at 1400 on the Friday!
We're also preparing our virtual dealers den, which we'll publish live when the events begin!
You'll be able to access the event, through links we'll share on the day.
We know it's no substitute for the real thing, but we'll still make the best of it, together! :)
