A polite reminder that registration is the /only/ route by which we are able to provide a guaranteed residential reservation (following registration approval and completed payment). We cannot hold rooms via email requests for any reason. Thank you.
Dealers: Due to an issue with the Reg system, please email us at DealersDen@confuzzled.org.uk if you need to edit any of your Dealers' Den details. We will need to process the changes manually until further notice.

Registration approval emails have /started/ going out. They do not all go out simultaneously. If you hear of others receiving theirs, and you still have not received yours - sit tight! Our reg team are working through it (troopers that they are!) :)

Please pay as soon as possible following approval. Two days is the normal deadline, but remember we won't be cancelling any registrations if you haven't paid by the 19th. If you receive 'payment overdue' emails, you can ignore those so long as you pay before the 19th :)
Top tip for registration payment! Paying at the bank? We advise against using 'paying in' machines. They often don't let you assign a reference to the payment, which then makes it extremely difficult to distinguish your payment from all the others we receive. Instead, pay at the counter, and ask for a unique reference to be applied to the payment, you may even be able to specify one yourself. Thank you.

We're pleased to announce that alongside our regular food choices, we're adding an additional option - an All You Can Eat Buffet!

Available every evening of the convention from 6PM - 8PM, the buffet will offer different foods each night. Available options are Italian, Oriental, Curry, and Pizza night!

REGISTRATION ALERT: In the early hours of this morning, our cloud service provider suffered a technical incident which resulted in corruption of our registration system database. Our team have been working throughout the day on this issue and were unable to repair the problem and so we have had to restore the most recent unaffected backup of the database.

Unfortunately this means that if you registered or made any changes to your existing registration since 0145GMT (13/11/2018) this morning, you will need to register or make these changes again.

We can assure you that at no time was any personal data exposed to third parties, and our systems were not accessed by any unauthorised persons.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding at this time.

Still want a room spot for ConFuzzled? Thought you were out of luck? Fear not! Overflow hotel spaces open soon! We'll share dates when we have them. Already registered but on the waiting list for the Hilton? You'll be offered first dibs if you've not been contacted already.

With our main hotel fully sold out, we know that many of you have been wondering when we’ll be opening our spaces in our official overflow hotel; the Crowne Plaza. Wonder no more!

Overflow room spaces become publicly available on 10th December at 1700hrs UK time!

Many of you will already have registered, and we still have a handful of people on the waiting list for the main venue (Hilton Metropole). Our registration team have already contacted many of those on the waiting lists to offer them a spot in the overflow hotel. We feel it’s only fair that they get first dibs. If you’re on the waiting list and haven’t been contacted yet, you will be soon!

If you’ve not yet registered and would like to go direct to overflow booking, then all you need to do is start a new registration (goto https://reg.confuzzled.org.uk) on or after 10th December, at 1700, and you’ll see the overflow room options available during the registration process.

The room types and included services differ between the Hilton and the Crowne Plaza. For more details on both our hotels, and a comparison table, or to see the full details, follow the below links:

At this stage, our registration team recommend not going onto, or staying on the waiting list. Only through cancellations will further spaces become available, and these can only be accepted under special circumstances. It is unlikely we will see many cancellations at this stage that would allow us to offer rooms in the Hilton to additional attendees.

Whilst we know some of you may be disappointed not to be able to stay in the main venue, we hope you’ll understand that only a finite number of rooms are available to us. By providing an overflow hotel option, we hope we can provide as many people as possible the opportunity to attend ConFuzzled and stay for the entire convention! As always, there is no cost difference between the Hilton and Crowne Plaza rooms.

So, why not register soon, and remember to book your time off for May and make sure you have valid ID! :)
