Standard keyboard में 104 keys होती है  |
चलिए  अब  सारे 104 Keys  को जानते  है |

F1 से  F12 इन्हे function keys बोला जाता  है |

1. Esc(Escape key)

अनवांटेड डायलॉग बॉक्स को क्लोज करने के लिए Esc का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (cancel/close any dialog box/Exit slide in powerpoint)

2. F1 – Function key

F1 से एक टास्क पेज ओपन करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | Open help menu window/Software)

3. F2 – Function key

फाइल या फोल्डर को रीनेम करने के लिए और एडिट करने के लिए F2 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Rename file/Edit cell excel, Ctrl+F2 – print preview)

4. F3 – Function key

टेक्स्ट का केस बदलने के लिए Shift + F3 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Shift + F3 = Change case in microsoft word/Insert function in excel)

5. F4 – Function key

Alt + 4 से पूरा Excel क्लोज हो जाता है और Ctrl + 4  से एक एक वर्कबुक क्लोज हो जाते है |  (Alt + F4 – Exit | Ctrl + F4- Close | Shift +F4 – Go to Beginning)

6. F5 – Function Key

रिफ्रेश करने के लिए और पॉवरपॉइंट में F5 से स्लाइड शो (Slide Show) चालू कर सकते हो।  (Refresh | Go to in Excel | Word Slide in PPT | Ctrl + F5 – Restore Window in Excel |Alt+ F5 – Restore window in Word)

7. F6 – Function key

एक शीट से दूसरे शीट में जाने के लिए F6 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Use to Tab Between Open Software Options)

8. F7 – Function Key

स्पेलिंग और ग्रामर चेक करने  के  लिए F7 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Spelling Grammer Check Shift F7 – thesaurus )

9. F8 – Function key

सिलेक्शन को लॉक करने के लिए F8 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Excel- Lock cell selection | Alt + F8- Macro dialog Box)

10. F9 – Function Key

Excel के फार्मूला में सारे Numbers को  लाने के लिए F9 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Excel  Calculate in Excel | (Ctrl+ F9 – Minimize Excel)

11. F10 – Function Key

डॉक्यूमेंट को रिस्टोर और मैक्सीमाइज़ करने  के  लिए Ctrl+ F10 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Shift + F10 – Right click | ( Ctrl+ F10 – Restore/ Maximize, inside word and excel F 10 work like Alt key)

12. F11 – Function Key

फुल स्क्रीन करने के लिए F11 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | ( F11 – Full Screen)

13. F12 – Function Key

F12 से HTML के कोडिंग को देख सकते है  और Save As भी कर सकते है | (F12 – Save as | in Browser – show Code | CTRL + F12 – Open)

14. Home – Navigation Key

Home key से रौ के  बिगनिंग में चले जाओगे और Ctrl+ Shift+ Home से पेज के स्टार्टिंग में चले जाओगे | ( Go to the Home | CTRL + Home – Beginning of Page)

15. End – Navigation Key

End key से Page के  एन्ड में चले जाओगे और Ctrl+ Shift+ End से Paragraph के एन्ड में जाओगे | (Go To End – CTRL + End- End of Page )

16. Insert – Navigation key

कंटेंट को ओवरलैप करने के लिए Insert key का  इस्तेमाल किया जाता है और पेस्ट करने के लिए shift + Insert key भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते है (Insert Text in Override format | Shift + Insert – Paste)

17. Page Up – Navigation key

Page Up से पेज के ऊपर आ जाओगे | (Scroll Up | Use to scrolling Page up)

18. Page down – Navigation Key

Page Down से पेज के निचे आ जाओगे | (Use to Scroll Down Page wise )

19. Delete – Navigation Key

किसी भी कंटेंट को डिलीट करने के लिए Delete key का  इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Delete Content/ File / Folder)

20. Backspace

कंटेंट को मिटाने के लिए Backspace key का  इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Erase Content | View the previous folder (Alt + Left Arrow) )

21. Enter

पैराग्राफ चेंज करने के लिए Enter key का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | और Ctrl+ Enter पेज ब्रेक करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Change Paragraph | Accept Dialog box | CTRL + Enter – Page break)

22. Spacebar

Ctrl +Space से कॉलम सेलेक्ट होता है और Shift + Space से रौ सेलेक्ट करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Shift + Space – Select Row | Ctrl + Space – Select Column)

23. Print Screen

डेस्कटॉप का स्क्रीनशॉट निकालने के लिए Print Screen का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है और  window + printscreen से डायरेक्टली स्क्रीनशॉट सेव हो जाता है | (Get Screenshot | Wind + Print Screen – Save screenshot)

24. Scroll Lock

Scroll Lock key से स्क्रॉल लॉक (Lock) हो जाता है | (Lock Reference while Scrolling)

25. Pause | Break

CMD विंडोज के रिप्लाई को पॉज करने के लिए Pause break का  इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Pause – Running Task | Win + Pause – Show System Properties)

26. Num lock

नंबर्स टाइप करने के लिए Num lock का  इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Num lock – Turn off/on – Number key use)

27. Up Arrow – Directional key

अप सिलेक्शन करने के लिए Shift + Up Arrow का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Move Up | Shift Combination – to Select Above cells in excel)

28. Down Arrow – Directional key

डाउन सिलेक्शन करने के लिए Shift + Down Arrow का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Move Down | Shift Combination – to Select Bottom cells in excel)

29. Right Arrow – Directional key

राइट सिलेक्शन करने के लिए Shift + Right Arrow  का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Move Right | Shift Combination – to Select Right cells in excel, Ctrl + Right Arrow – Set application Window to the Right)

30. Left Arrow – Directional key

लेफ्ट सिलेक्शन करने के लिए Shift + Left Arrow  का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Move Left| Shift Combination – to Select Left cells in excel, Ctrl + Left Arrow – Set application Window to the Left)

31. Tab

Tab से आप एक ही अलाइनमेन्ट में कंटेंट को लिख सकते है और Alt +tab से दूसरे प्रोग्राम में जा सकते है | (Use to Tab the position | Alt + Tab | Win + Tab – Switch Application )

32. Capslock

Capslock से लाइट ऑन और ऑफ होती है और Capslock ऑन रखोगे तो सभी लेटर्स कैपिटल में टाइप होते है | (Turn Off/On Capital letters while typing)

33. Shift

फ़ास्ट सिलेक्शन करने के लिए Shift का इस्तेमाल करते है और वर्ड को कैपिटल में टाइप करने के लिए Shift का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Type Capital/Small Case Pressing Shift & Lot’s other Combination)

34. Ctrl

Ctrl के सारे किज को देखेंगे हम (CTRL + A To Z – Combination )

35. Window

मिनीमाइज करने के लिए Windows + M Key इस्तेमाल किया जाता है और Windows + D से आप दोनों भी कर सकते है मिनीमाइज भी और मक्सिमाइज़ भी कर कर सकते है | (Open + Windows | Windows + Other keys Combination)

36. Alt

फोल्डर को क्लोज करने के लिए Alt + F4 का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Alt + Other keys Combination)

37. Menu Key

राइट क्लिक करने के लिए Menu key का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Use to Right Click)

38. Num Lock + (*)

सभी फ़ोल्डर्स को ओपन करने के लिए Numlock + * का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है | (Display sub folders)

डिवाइड करने के लिए / Divide Sign का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है |

40. * Multiplication Sign

मल्टिप्लिकेशन करने के लिए * Sign का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है |

41. + Plus Sign

मैथेमैटिकल कैलकुलेशन के लिए + Plus Sign का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है |

42. – Minus Sign

मैथेमैटिकल कैलकुलेशन के लिए – Minus Sign का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है |
