The United States is NOT trending towards another civil war. Rather, the US is trending toward a Rome-Byzantium split. Blue states parallel Rome, while Red states parallel Byzantium. The break will be slow and gradual, more of a de facto schism of sorts, until Washington DC eventually collapses, just like Rome did. At that time, the Blue states will fracture into multiple countries, while the Red states will hold together in a common Union based on a common melting-pot, consisting of borders, language and culture. This is why I have said so many times. WHERE YOU LIVE MATTERS!!! If you value English as a common language. If you value Traditional Religion as important. If you think we should have clear and defined borders that are enforced. Then you need to move to a solid Red state. If not for your sake, then for the sake of your children. The great American schism has already begun.

When it comes to the German Synod, the bottom line is this. The German Catholic Church will continue to bless same-sex “marriages,” and will soon ordain women. This is going to happen there is nothing Rome can do to stop it. I should point out that conversion of Anglican priests to the Catholic Church is fairly commonplace, both in the UK and US.

HOW TO FIGHT CORRUPTION IN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH…

1.) Don’t fall into conspiracy theories about the pope. Francis is the pope, unless some future pope tells us otherwise. Until then, we must acknowledge that he is the pope and failure to do so is a schismatic act.
2.) Don’t lose faith and don’t avoid the sacraments.
3.) Don’t stop giving financially to support the Church. In other words, don’t punish the innocent alongside the guilty.

4.) Do redirect your giving to financially support those parts of the Church that are avoiding scandal and doing good work. Consider the Ordinariate, the Fraternity and the Institute as examples of possibilities.
5.) Do strengthen your spiritual life with regular recitation of the Rosary, or Divine Office, or Scripture reading, or some other private devotion. 6.) Do pray for the pope, even if it just means praying that he will be delivered from evil. Also, pray that God will send us better popes in the future.

CONSIDER THIS: In spite of our wacky pope, and all of the problems in the Catholic Church right now, Protestants are still coming over to the Catholic Church in large numbers. It is a testimony not only of the truth we have in the Catholic Church, but also how bad things really are in Protestantism. Stop and think about that.

It may be time for states to begin bypassing California and start requesting air shipments from other countries. In addition, international retail companies should begin offering an air shipment option checkbox on international orders. This may raise the cost of foreign items but it might be worth it to some people. The entire nation cannot be made to pay for California’s stupidity…

Allow me to break the bad news to you. The ordination of women is the brass ring for the Modernists in the Catholic Church. They will not stop — ever — until they get it. Here’s the bad news. They’re going to get it. It will happen. In some form or capacity, formal or informal, it is going to happen. And that is what’s going to split the Catholic Church.

The ordination of women will be a deal breaker. Because women cannot be ordained. So the chain of apostolic succession is broken once it’s passed on to women. That’s why it will happen. It is the devil’s goal.

The good news is that no action is needed to retain orthodoxy among the faithful. All we need to do is just shun the women “priestesses” and “deaconesses.” Just refuse to attend any mass where they are present. Refuse to receive any sacraments from them. Avoid them like the plague. Think of them like a pariah. Leave any parish where they serve. Find another parish with no women clergy and try to be a good Catholic. That’s all we need to do. Yes, it really is that simple. The rest will take care of itself.

The schism will happen, and you’ll find yourself on the right side.

Will Fr. James Martin SJ be appointed a cardinal????!!!!! It's not likely. If he does, however, it's just gaslighting. Yes, Pope Francis likes to troll conservatives Catholics all the time. So this is not beyond the realm of possibility. But it's still not likely...

My Advice: If it happens (and that's a big "if") don't freak out. Just consider what this is...

1.) Gaslighting: Pope Francis is just trying to provoke conservative Catholics into doing something stupid. Don't fall for it. He wants to drive us out of the Church, by making us freak out and commit some kind of schismatic act. Don't give him the satisfaction.
2.) Mask Off: Pope Francis is just letting his mask down, again, and showing the world who and what he really is. Remember, words mean nothing. Actions are everything.
3.) What's New?: There are already cardinals more gay than Fr. James Martin SJ, they're just still in the closet and not as open about it.

I want to preface this by stating that I support priestly celibacy, and I know the Church will always have celibate priests. Now, here is my question. I wonder if a study of eastern rite (and ordinariate) Catholic priests, many of whom are married men, would reveal a lower prevalence of the homosexual sub-culture in those jurisdictions. If so, does the celibacy mandate inadvertently create a cover for that sub-culture in the Roman Rite? Such a study would have to be done by the laity, because Lord knows the bishops will never do it.

If the German synod is any indication of how this global synod will go, it’s going to be a disaster!
