Dear Contestants,
The date of ICPC Dhaka Regional is set at 14th August 2021. Due to rigid instructions from the ICPC HQ, the contest must be finished quickly. Under the current circumstances, only an online contest is possible. The guidelines for that contest will be published pretty soon.
Please keep an eye on the website for any updates. So far the things that have been decided:
1. The team members will participate separately from their own location (They cannot participate from a common location).
2. Each contestant must use a laptop (or a desktop with a webcam) with a strong Internet connection (mobile 3G/4G is ok, but they should buy data enough for 5/6 hours video streaming).
3. The registration fee will be reduced.
We know, these are not the ideal things that you may have wished for, but the situation is forcing us to take such measures. We hope you understand.

Assalamualaikum Guys!
Hope you are doing well. Our team CU_Hypersonic has achieved 18th position in ICPC Dhaka Regional 2020 by the Rahmah of ALLAH. To celebrate this together I am going to take a class on Competitive programming Guidelines on Sunday, 22/08/2021 at 9PM. This class will be taken on google meet and anyone can join. Link will be given in the page and common groups. In this class I will talk about guidelines for competitive programming and many problems that a beginner faces and things one should do well in competitive programming. In this class you can also ask your personal question and can ask any question about me, my practice and my story of getting max codeforces rating 1830 and ranking 18 in ICPC Regional. Also I will cover bellow questions in that class :
1. How to start competitive programming ?
2. How to maintain regularity ?
3.What are the most important things to keep in mind about practicing ? How to practice efficiently or effectively ?
4. I have solved 100 problems on URI , Should I start CF ?
5. I have learned C . Should I learn C++ or Algorithms ?
6.I have learned C,C++,STL , how should I learn algorithms ? What algorithms are required for CP ?
5. I have been in gray , no improvement . What should I do?
6. I can solve A,B in codeforces but can't solve C.
7. How long should I think before reading editorials ?
8. I can't solve the problems by myself , I need to read the editorial . What should I do ?
9. What math topics are important for CP ? Should I do maths from class 6 to class 10 ?
10. I know java/python , should I learn C++ for CP ?
11 I get the idea of code but can't write code , what should I do ?
12. Does typing speed matter ? My typing speed is too slow .
13. What are your tips for doing well in ACM ICPC Dhaka Regional ?
14. Are there any relations between codeforces rating and IUPC ? What is the similarity between codeforces problem and IUPC problem ?
15. I can not solve CF C/D . I am a specialist in CF . How can I become an expert ? What is the efficient way to learn dp ?
16. If my rating is 1600-1800 , what is the probability of doing well in ICPC dhaka regional ?
17. Everyone says that , to solve codeforces, the div2D algorithm is not required . I solved 400+ problems , still can't solve div2D . What should I learn ?
18. Should I implement built in functions ?
19. Should I solve problems only on codeforces ? Or are other Oj’s required for good skill ?
20. I understand algorithms but can't apply them to problems . What should I do?
21.Blog,youtube videos,book. Which one is better for learning?
22. What types of problems are featured in ICPC , NCPC or IUPC ? Do they require deeper knowledge on topics ?
23. There are ugly problem statements in UVA , TIMUS judges which are sometimes hard to understand . In codeforces , statements are clear most of the time . Which ones should I solve ?
24. After doing programming contests for one and half years , I could not become a specialist. Should I leave competitive programming and start web developing ?
Please Share as much as you can so that no beginner will miss that class.
