People fighting on me kahan jaa raha hun after seeing “notice period”. I appreciate the fact that you people want to know where next for me, but please don’t fight on groups, nor does notice period means, “kicked” 😂
Notice period is a term used for your last days at office after you resign.
We should maintain a professional courtesy of respecting other people who are still employed at the same org, hence you don’t glorify the other stuff you will be doing/going while you are working. People move out for their reasons, and I personally feel, everything should not be at social media. Gratitude is all I will have always for everywhere I work at.
So please, don’t fight out in groups, please don’t put disrespectful comments, that is the least I want!
