If you cannot find a perfect series for learning Graphs, you should check out "Striver's Graph Series" which has been launched recently. (The Entire Series goes live on 28th April)
The series has been made by the channel "take U forward" which already gave the extremely rewarding *"SDE sheet"*. This channel is well known for its detailed explanation of the algorithmic problems. Striver works at Media.net, he has previously worked with Amazon. Adding to that he is a 6* at Codechef and is also a Candidate Master at Codeforces.
