".a" in the version name refers to "all parameters".
It is a version with all input parameters unlocked. It will not work in the StrategyTester, but will work live. Use it if you want to adjust GUI colors or notifications, for example.

I’ve started refactoring of Partial close (because it consumes a lot of resources).
The first step was to separate it from the EA into a standalone module, and that was done.
You may notice a slight difference in the results if you use the “Close any with any” mode — CP 2.60 checked Partial close conditions before checking individual series signals, while now the EA checks them after.
In the first image, CP v2.60 closed 2 trades on Partial close and continued to manage the selling series until it closed on the opposite signal the next day. And in the second image, you can see how CP v2.60.3 closed the entire series on the first day (because it had enough profit and had a closing signal).
This change should not affect your results much. If it does happen, please PM me your settings and I will check and try to resolve the issue.

Now a 12.5 months test of a really heavy strategy with 13.4k trades takes 00:21:42 instead of 00:42:04 for v2.60 (1.93 times faster). And a 6.5 months (7k trades) test is 2.04 times faster (00:06:05 instead of 00:10:22)!
Backtesting and optimization in general is also slightly sped up.
Please check your set files so I can fix any bugs we find before release.

This is the first official multi-symbol version. Now you can backtest and run live your multi-symbol strategies, try different risk-management and account-management approaches (MT5 only).
MA filters have also been improved to work better on small timeframes and symbols with high spreads.
More improvements are coming soon, I have developed a lot over the past months and am actively testing new features. A new beta version will be released in January.
I'm also going to start a small closed (but still free) community for the most active members who want to develop strategies together, sharing optimization and tuning efforts among other members. Stay tuned, I'll post an invite link in this channel

The list of improvements is quite long. The main change is the universal Distance calculator which is used for all parameters nominated in points and in some filters (Big candle, MA, ZZ, Line, Pivot). It is even more powerful than before, allowing more volatility modes and Percentage mode.
