Partial close: Close profit itself is ready!

Increase step size after certain number of trades and TrailingStop decrease after time are ready!

CommunityPower EA v2.46 has been released:
[*] "New deal on the end of the bar only" and "Min pause between trades" work correctly even if last martin trade was closed (and some of previous ones are still opened)
[+] Partial close: Close profit itself
[+] TrailingStop: Decrease every minutes, Decrease coefficient and Decrease start after minutes
[*] TrailingStop: Min/max size parameter replaced with 2 separate parameters: Min size and Max size
Warning! Set files from version 2.45 with non-zero "Min/max size" must be revised!
[+] Martin: "Change step after order #" and "Change step by coefficient"

For the TOP performance of your MT4/MT5, do the following:
- Hide all symbols you don't need from the Market watch window
- Close all charts you don't need
- Minimize all other charts
- Disable Market, News and other services in the terminal settings (Community tab)
- Set Max bars in chart = 5000 in the terminal settings (Charts tab), restart terminal after changing this value
- Hide Market watch, Terminal and Navigator windows (use F11 for one click switch)
- Minimize terminal itself (always do this before disconnecting from your VPS)
