Chicago cops waited for 13 year old Adam Toledo to put his hands up then shot him to death, then proceeded to lie about it. This is not to say the police should exist if they were a little less blatantly lying and a little less prone to killing children, but to point out how deeply fucked the situation is and to show us what’s at stake in the struggle for abolition.
