Common Law = Perverting The Course Of Justice = Conspire = Making False Allegations. Just Doing You Job Isn't Above The Law. Law = Land Air Water. No Victim No Crime. Legal = Paper = Fiction = Job = Actor.

What We Aim To Achieve Collectively.

To educate the general public about INFORMED CONSENT so that they may know about their inalienable rights, stand their ground and also know when crimes are being committed.

We also aim to empower people by providing template notices of liability which can be downloaded by anyone, tailored as appropriate and served on those who are committing crimes, as well as on those who are facilitating, aiding, abetting or collaborating in any way with them,  to put them on notice about their personal civil and criminal liability.

We have a very large team of volunteer workers from all around the world who are putting in a huge amount of time and effort to gather evidence so that we can bring those who are committing crimes to justice.

Are You ready to be Involved?

It Ends When Everyone Starts Up.

Individual Power Strength In Numbers.

What does informed consent mean?

Cambridge dictionary defines this as:
“agreement or permission to do something from someone who has been given full information about the possible effects or results”
The website Medicine Net defines it as:
“The process by which a patient learns about and understands the purpose, benefits, and potential risks of a medical or surgical intervention, including clinical trials, and then agrees to receive the treatment or participate in the trial. Informed consent generally requires the patient or responsible party to sign a statement confirming that they understand the risks and benefits of the procedure or treatment.
Informed consent and Crimes

Did you know that without “informed consent” administering any experimental or officially approved  treatment may be a CRIME?
Today throughout the world we are witnessing such widespread abuses of “informed consent”, especially in relation to COVID-19 “vaccinations” that they equate to CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY! (more on this on our dedicated COVID-19 PAGE)
Shockingly among the guilty parties are governments, scientists, medical professionals and the Courts!
The fundamental principle and development of informed consent

The first principle of Common Law which dates back thousands of years (the UK and many other countries are Common Law jurisdictions) is Primum non nocere viz. “ First Do No Harm”. That means no harm to anybody’s person, property,  liberty etc. and that it is a constitutional duty to act to prevent harm. Omitting to act is as guilty as acting to cause harm.
Another Common Law principle is voluntas aegroti suprema lex which means that the individual is sovereign over his mind and body. This right to bodily and psychiatric integrity is a crucial natural or God given right that is inalienable so that no man or body of men can remove or diminish it, not even during a public emergency that threatens the life of the nation. There is no right to derogate from the fundamental right to life,  from the right not to be tortured, or to receive cruel, inhumane or degrading treatment, nor to deprive us of the right to privacy or family life, except under a lawful act of war. But, even in war under the means and methods of lawful warfare countries are prevented from running campaigns of terror against the occupied enemy, conducting live human experiments, giving people medical treatment without their informed consent freely given etc.
Medical ethics

Unsurprisingly, the fundamental principle in medicine also followed the fundamental principle of  Common Law, as indicated by the Hippocratic oath viz.  Primum non nocere.
However appalling war crimes in World War 2 led to the Nuremberg Military trials and to the formulation of the the Nuremberg code which explicitly laid out the principle of informed consent freely given and that breach of this may be a criminal offence.
Subsequent international agreements on human rights have also echoed the same and the principle has also been adopted as the only acceptable ethics by medical regulatory bodies internationally. Please refer to the next few sections as proof of this.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Preamble

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
Now, therefore,
The General Assembly,
Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.
1. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood
2. Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
3. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
4. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
5. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
6. Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a sovereign being before the law.
7. All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
8. Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law
9. . During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible
