If you are wondering which Oath to do, it doesn't matter...

Make sure that when you send the Oath. It's needs to be via recorded delivery for proof.

Do NOT send the original Oath.
Send a copy of the Original.

I recommend doing the Oath to self. As you don't need to do it to anyone else. It's entirely up to you.
