Every movement eventually accumulates dead weight: old grudges, useless traditions, petty cliques, failed strategies, inflated egos, and people more interested in guarding their little positions than accomplishing anything meaningful. Eventually, preserving the movement exactly as it is becomes another way of ensuring its decline.

That is where youth enters.

We have fewer loyalties to old feuds and less patience for rituals that no longer work. We are willing to question what others treat as sacred, experiment where others have grown comfortable, and rebuild what has been allowed to decay.

The purpose of a new generation is not merely to inherit the old movement. It is to test it. Keep what is strong. Abandon what is rotten. Improve what can be saved. Create what is missing.

Fire destroys what cannot endure it, but it also clears the ground for new growth.

If this movement is going to have a future, its youth cannot simply become younger copies of its elders. We must become the force that renews it.
