📍Operators were asked to introduce a fee for using international traffic via VPN on mobile networks by May, 1: the free limit will be 15 gigabytes per month, and each additional gigabyte will cost an average of 150 rubles.

📍According to estimates by the Ministry of Digital Economy, the average user spends about 10 gigabytes of VPN traffic per month, so the established threshold should cover basic needs.
