🇺🇸US President Donald Trump stated that Washington will be able to recoup most, possibly all, of the funds spent on Ukraine via an agreement with Kyiv on mineral resources, including rare earth elements.

“We have concluded a deal on rare earths. We will get most of the money back, maybe all of it, and possibly even more,” Trump said.
